Common questions

I did not get my verification email

Check your spam folder first. The email contains both a link and a six-digit code — either one works, and you can enter the code directly in the app. You can request a new one from the verification screen; codes expire after 15 minutes.

I forgot my password

Use reset password and we will email you a link. It expires after one hour.

Can I submit more than one application?

No — one application per account. If you need to correct something you already submitted, email us rather than creating a second account.

How do I stop the text messages?

Reply STOP to any message, or turn off program texts in your account settings. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

How do I delete my account?
